Meticulous discharge planning and coordination of services will be initiated by an ANS clinical supervisor. Nursing evaluations are encouraged prior to discharge from a hospital or medical facility to facilitate a smooth transition and promote continuity of care to the home setting. You can rest assured that our team of professionals are working closely with your physician and other medical personnel to implement the appropriate plan of care.

Comprehensive physical assessments along with patient and family teaching are all part of our "high touch" program. Referral to and coordination of appropriate community resources is another service that ANS provides the patient and family.

With ANS, we're there when you need us…always. Our on-call coordinators are always available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You will never receive an answering service, as we staff our phones live all the time.
